Oystercatchers Do Not Catch Oysters. Gemma, from Torridon Sea Tours. For the landlubbers, there are still some interesting birds to see. One of my favourite sights is of oystercatchers. During low tide, they can be seen investigating the rocks and seaweed on the shoreline from the Main Street.
